Booking conditions

• For a booking, a prepayment of 50% of the cost of the stay is required after our confirmation of the reservation for the selected dates
• We accept prepayment within 10 days from the date of booking the apartment by bank transfer to a bank account
• The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge 30 days before arrival
• In case of cancellation of a reservation by a guest, we return the prepayment within 10 days to the account from which the prepayment was made
• If a reservation is canceled within 30 days or less prior to arrival, the guest will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the reservation
• Guests, if there are available dates 7 or more days before arrival, are allowed to change dates at their own discretion. The cost of the reservation will correspond to the selected dates
• Minimum stay in the apartment is 2 nights
• Wi-Fi is available in the apartments free of charge
• Parking is free
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartments
• If necessary, we provide assistance in processing the tourist tax

       Bonus program

• When booking for more than 7 nights, receive a 5% discount
• When booking for more than 12 nights receive a 10% discount
• Group bookings of 2 or more rooms receive a 10% discount

       Rules for accommodation with children

• Children of any age can be accommodated
• A baby cot is available free of charge upon request

• Pets are not allowed

• Check-in from 15.00
• Check out before 12.00
• If necessary, early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement
